Getting in shape BuJo style!

Following up on my previous post I thought today I would write a short entry regarding one of the things that are so awesome about bullet journaling. The book (or whatever system you have chosen) can be whatever you want or need it to be.

I had a daughter just over 3 months ago and I’m now starting to feel like I’m prepared to take on normal activity again and really want to get back to the way I was before I got pregnant. Not obsessed about it, but it doesn’t hurt to give it a little bit of attention.

That’s why I set up what I named “Health tracker” today and I absolutely love how it turned out.

The point with this spread is to see the improvement over time. I will probably see the weight going down from week to week as I maintain a good amount of exercise and the amount of sleep will hopefully go up when little miss “wake up mummy” starts sleeping a little bitt more too. πŸ™‚

To get data for this I created a more detailed spread on the next page and I will have to make new ones for the weeks to come.


As I wrote in the beginning this is the perfect example of the bullet journal being whatever you want it to be. You can track all sorts of different things and customize it endlessly. Which is awesome! πŸ˜€

I also intend to set up a spread for exercises (push-ups, squats, plank… and more) with a form to fill out amount and time for every workout, but haven’t gotten so far yet. Lots of fun to have with this.
